It is a high-performance embedded glass bead retroreflective film designed for vehicle color changes, fleet markings, commercial advertising, and other outdoor applications. The film uses a cast PVC structure, exhibiting excellent flexibility, peelability, and long-term outdoor durability, with a service life of up to 5 years under normal outdoor conditions, meeting UN150 E performance requirements.

How To Perfectly Fit Complex Surfaces?

DM8300A series flexible film is suitable for simple curves. For complex curves,a segmented installation process is recommended to avoid over stressing the material. Additionally,all edges and corners must undergo rounded treatment to improve the appearance of the kit and effectively reduce the risk of edge lifting while jet washing.The ambient temperature must match the vehicle surface temperature and be maintained between 60°F and 100°F (15°C and 38°C)during installation.It is recommended that applied DM8300A flexible film within this temperature range for at least 2 hours after application.

How to store the product correctly?

The DM8300A series products can be stored for one year from the date of purchase under conditions of temperature ranging from 18-24°C (64-75°F) and relative humidity of 45-55%. The film must be used within this one-year period. It should be stored in its original packaging or hung vertically through the roll core. A spacer should be placed between the sheets to avoid direct contact.
