Daoming Case Show丨Changtai Expressway Drives the Rapid Development of Central and Western Jilin

On September 28, the Changchun-Taipingchuan Expressway in Jilin Province was completed and opened to traffic, officially entering the operation stage. The Changtai Expressway stretches across 40 degrees north latitude, passing through the world-famous "Golden Corn Belt" and China's large commercial grain and oilseed base. With a total length of 164 kilometers, a designed speed of 120 kilometers per hour and four lanes in both directions, it is an important trunk passage across the central and western regions of Jilin Province and radiates to many banners and counties in Tongliao City and Xing'an League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The Changtai Expressway is the first expressway in Jilin Province implemented with the county-level government as the construction entity, adopting the PPP model for construction. 

After the completion and opening to traffic of the Changtai Expressway, it will drive the areas along the line to better integrate into the Changchun Modern Metropolitan Area. Projects such as "weekend leisure tours", "wind power and grassland sightseeing tours" and "rural picking" in the surrounding areas will develop rapidly, and the transportation of agricultural products and materials will be more convenient, effectively enabling the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
